【摘要】 目的　应用彩色多普勒对照观测有颈部动脉粥样硬化斑的脑供血不足患者局部脑血灌注量。方法　采用Peter运用彩色多普勒参数 ,对 84例有颈部动脉粥样硬化的脑供血不足患者及 30例正常人颈动脉局部脑血灌注量进行对照观测。结果　颈部动脉粥样硬化患者硬化斑近端有涡流 ,管径轻度扩张 ,局部血灌注量较正常人明显下降。结论　彩色多普勒检测有颈部动脉粥样硬化斑患者局部脑血灌注量对脑供血不足的诊断有一定参考价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the local blood perfusion in brain of the cerebral ischemic patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis.Method The parameter of color Doppler was used to observe the local blood perfusion afthe brain in 84 patients of cerebral blood supply insufficiency with carotid artery atherosclerosis and in 30 normal persons.Result Compared with those of the normal persons,the canal diamerter of the patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis enlarged lightly and the local blood perfusion lowered distinctly.In the patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis,there was blood vortex in the end near the heart of the sclerosis speckle.Conclusion It is of some reference value to detect the local blood perfusion of the patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis speckle by color Doppler in diagnosing the insufficiency of cerebral blood supply.更多还原
