茶多酚对牙周主要致病菌的抗菌活性研究

【摘要】 目的 测定茶多酚对口腔牙周分离的 4种共 6 6株优势病原菌的抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂稀释法测定茶多酚对实验细菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 茶多酚对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌和具核梭杆菌的MIC50 和MIC90 分别为 :1 2 5~ 2 5 0、1 2 5~ 2 5 0 ,1 2 5~ 2 5 0、1 2 5~ 2 5 0 ,1 2 5~ 5 0 0、2 5 0~ 5 0 0mg/L ,对变黑普氏菌的MIC为 1 2 5mg/L。结论 茶多酚对牙周优势病原菌有抗菌作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antibacterial activities of tea polyphenol against 4 common periodontal bacteria in vitro. Methods The agar dilution method was used to detect the minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of tea polyphenol against 66 stains of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia, Prevotella nigrescens and Fusobacterium nucleatum . Results All bacteria were inhibited by tea polyphenol. For P. gingivalis and P. intermedia, the MIC 50 and MIC 90 values were 125-250mg/L respectively; For P.nigrescens, the MIC value was 125mg/L;For F. nucleatum, the MIC 50 and MIC 90 values were 125-500mg/L and 250-500mg/L respectively. Conclusion All bacteria were susceptible to tea polyphenol. Tea polyphenol is significant for periodontal treatment.
