【摘要】 目的　探讨高压氧 (HBO)对中、重度颅脑损伤的治疗作用 ,以提高临床治疗疗效。方法　回顾分析近 2年经HBO治疗的 79例中、重度颅脑损伤患者的治疗情况 ,并将同期常规外科治疗的同类型患者 96例作对照组 ,比较 2个治疗组的疗效和患者主要症状及体征的改善情况。结果　HBO组疗效显著优于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,HBO组患者部分主要症状及体征的改善也优于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论　HBO可明显提高中、重度颅脑损伤患者的治疗疗效 ,是目前临床治疗颅脑损伤及其后遗症的有效辅助治疗手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) in the treatment of moderate and severe head trauma. Methods One hundred seventy five cases of moderate and severe head trauma within the last 2 years were divided into two groups,79 cases in the treatment group were given HBO therapy, and the other 96 cases in the control group were given the regular surgery treatment . After treatment, the effect of HBO treated group was compared with that of surgery treated group. Results After treatment, the significant progress of patients’ symptoms and the effect of HBO treatment were showed ( P <0.01) much obviously than those of the regular treatment group( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusions HBO has a good effect on moderate and severe head trauma treatment, is a supplementary therapy on cerebral infarction and its sequelae.更多还原
