【Abstract】 By distinguishing the concepts of community and community security, this paper reveals the differences between the conventional security management and the modern security management. The authors believe that there are many problems, such as the structural deficiency in the existing security work, ineffective operating mechanism, no effective measures of prevention and controlling being taken, the overall quality of security guards not good, etc. Therefore, they come up with some advice on how to intensify the security work in communities.更多还原
