【Abstract】 The development of circulation economy is an important way to coordinate and unite the relationship between development and environment and to realize the sustainable development of economy. Enterprises must actualize green management so as to develop circulation economy. This article introduced the theories of circulation economy and discussed the necessity for enterprises to actualize green management.
