【Abstract】 In this paper, we analyse the issues that the level of internet service conflicts with the limited sources of internet service system in most intranet of universities, and we set up a math model about it and find out the solvent of this issues by using the queueing theory, so that the intranet of university can work more efficient than before and the user in the intranet of university can get higher level of service than before too.更多还原
