掺杂纳米CeO2的纳米玻璃的制备

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了掺杂纳米 CeO2的纳米玻璃,探索了不同溶剂、pH 值、热处理温度和升温速率等制备条件对纳米玻璃的影响,获得了最佳的制备条件,得到了透明的掺杂纳米 CeO2的纳米玻璃。其中反应物最佳摩尔比为:nTEOS?ni-PrOH?nEOH?nH2 =1?2?1?20;最佳 pH 值为:1.4~1.8;凝胶化的理想环境为:T=65℃~70℃,润湿气氛;制备干凝胶 O的最佳热处理路线为:水浴 70℃,3 d→水浴 85℃,3 d→烘箱 100℃,1 d→烘箱 150℃,2 d。因此,溶胶-凝胶技术是制备纳米玻璃的有效途径。

【Abstract】 Nanometer-sized CeO2-doped nanoglass has been prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of different solvents, pH value, heat treament temperature and temperature-rising rate on the properties of nanoglass were explored. The optimum preparative conditions of nanoglass were obtained that is the mole ratio of nTEOS?ni-PrOH?nEOH?nH2O=1?2?1?20, the pH value of 1.4~1.8, and the ideal gelation condition which is T=65℃~70℃ in the moist atmosphere, and the optimum heat treatment route by which dry gel is prepared is that the temperature is kept to 70℃ in water heater, after 3 days, the water temperature is raised to 85℃ and keeped for another 3 days, then it is put into an oven where the temperature is 100℃ for 1 day, after that the temperature is raised to 150℃ and keped for 2 days. Therefore, sol-gel is an effective approach in the preparation of nanoglass.
