微量元素Al和Mn对银带材性能的影响
Influence of Trace Amounts of Manganese and Aluminium on the Mechanical Properties of Silver Strip
【摘要】 为解决银材自然时效软化的问题,在99.999%Ag中添加0.004%Al和0.003%Mn(按质量)制成纯度为99.99%的Ag材,实验表明,采用变形率为90.90%所制备的银材,在25℃温度下,自然时效365d,其强度b=370MPa,硬度HV=1030MPa保持稳定不变,有效地抑制了纯银材自然时效80d,其力学性能便大幅度下降的问题。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the softening problem of silver during natural aging pure silver (99.99%) was doped with 0.004% Al and 0.003% Mn. The test results show that during natural aging for 365 days at 25℃ the mechanical properties remain constant at b=370 MPa, HV=1 030 MPa, according as the deforming rate is 90.90%. This is in contrast to the behavior of pure silver whose mechanical properties drop during again for 80 days.
