【Abstract】 Escherichia coli stralins isolated from liver and heart blood of typical E.coli disease chichen in Taian of Shandong province were identified with cultivable peculiarities?熏 colour peculiarity?熏 biochemical test?熏 serological test and infective test. The results of serotyping show that there are 9 serotypes in the pathogenetic E.coli?熏 among serogroups?熏 O36?熏O138?熏O2?熏O21 are principal serotypes.These results contribute corresponding stralins of avian E.coli and theoretical foundation that do prevention work of E.coli diease more efficially.更多还原
