鸡毛纤维抄造汽车用空气滤纸的工艺探讨
An exploration into the technology of making automobile air filter paper fromchicken feather fibers
【摘要】 通过一系列的实验发现,高浓盘磨单独处理鸡毛纤维,经2~3台串联可以获得较好的打浆效果;鸡毛纤维的超纤维特性使其适于配抄汽车用空气滤纸。适宜的工艺条件是:鸡毛纤维与木浆纤维的配比为1∶1以下,鸡毛纤维的打浆度控制在19~20°SR之间,针叶木浆的打浆度控制在65°SR左右。
【Abstract】 It is found through a series of experiments that satisfactory beating results can be achieved after treating chicken feather fibersindividually with 2 or 3 sets of high consistency disk refiner in series, and the super fiber characteristic of feather fibers makes the fibersappropriate to make automobile air filter paper. The appropriate technological conditions are: the ratio of chicken feather fibers and wood pulpfibers at 1∶1, the beating degree of chicken feather at 19~20°SR and the beating degree of softwood pulp at about 65°SR.
