蒙脱土纳米材料对PET固相缩聚的影响
Speed Enhancement in Solid State Polycondensation of PET by Montmorillonite Nanomaterials
【摘要】 用粘度法测试研究了蒙脱土 (MMT)纳米材料对PET固相缩聚的影响 ,并通过WAXD ,DSC ,热台偏光显微镜等手段 ,研究了加入MMT对PET固相缩聚过程中的结晶度、晶体结构等的影响。结果表明MMT纳米材料对PET的固相缩聚反应具有明显的促进作用 ,而且MMT的加入起到异相成核作用 ,促进了PET的晶核形成 ;与此同时MMT纳米微粒与PET之间较强的界面作用又在一定程度上阻碍了分子链段运动 ,限制了晶体生长速率 ,结晶完善程度较差。
【Abstract】 The effect of montmorillonite nanomaterials on solid state polycondensation of PET was investigated by the viscosity method, WAXD, DSC and polarizing microscope. The result shows that the montmorillonite nanomaterials can greatly enhance the speed of solid state polycondensation of PET and this enhancement may be attributed to the nucleation of montmorillonite nanomaterials for the PET crystallization, which results in more microlite and more surfaces of microlite. These surfaces of microlite will contribute to the polycondensation of PET and diffusion of by-products.
