镁的氢化反应对氢化燃烧合成储氢合金Mg2NiH4纯度的影响

【摘要】 本文主要通过改变在镁氢化反应温度的保温时间 ,研究不同合成压力、合成温度下 ,中间反应—镁的氢化反应对氢化燃烧合成Mg2 NiH4 的影响。初步探讨了镁的氢化反应与燃烧合成Mg2 Ni反应及其氢化反应的内在联系。研究结果表明 :镁的充分氢化在促进Mg Ni燃烧合成反应的同时有效地提高了Mg2 Ni的氢化活性 ,这一结果为工业化低压合成纯Mg2 NiH4 提供了可行途径 ,但在低温下仅延长镁的氢化时间 ,产物中少量的Ni很难消除。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of hydriding reaction of Mg on the purity of products of hydriding Combustion Synthesis (HCS)of Mg 2NiH 4 were studied under different pressures, synthesis temperatures and holding time at the hydriding reaction of Mg. The relationships of hydriding reaction of Mg, synthesis of Mg 2Ni and hydriding reaction from Mg 2Ni to Mg 2NiH 4 were investigated initially. It was found that with the hydriding reaction of Mg processed, the synthesis of Mg 2Ni was accelerated and the hydriding activity of Mg 2Ni increased obviously. However, a spot of remnant Ni couldn’t be eliminated under low synthesis temperature when the holding time for the reaction of hydriding of Mg was prolonged only.
