稀土掺杂YAG透明激光陶瓷的粉体制备研究

【摘要】 分别用尿素和碳酸氢铵作沉淀剂制备出性能良好的透明RE∶YAG(RE =Nd ,Yb ,Er)陶瓷粉体 ,并应用DTA TG、XRD、SEM等测试手段分析其粉体结构和形貌。结果表明在适当温度煅烧过程中 ,失重约 4 0 % ,所得到的RE :YAG粉末结晶性能良好 ,粒度在 10 0 15 0nm之间。而且经烧结后的陶瓷断面气孔率低 ,多晶晶粒尺寸在 1 2 μm之间。本文亦对CO2 的过饱和度对粉体的粒径大小及形成YAG粉的机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The co-precipitation methods of preparing rare earth doping YAG phosphors for transparent ceramics were discussed in this paper,CO(NH22 and NH4HCO3 used as precipitant respectively.The structure and morphology are investigated by DTA-TG、XRD、SEM analyzers.The result indicated that the mass loss value is about 40% with calcined at about 1100℃.and well-crystallized powder is obtained with particle size in the range of 100?150nm. The SEM analysis of the fracture surface of the sintered body showed the grain size is about 1?2μm and the pore volume is very low.The influence of CO2 super-saturation upon the sizes and formation mechanism of precursor is also discussed.
