旋转填充床中反溶剂重结晶法制备超细硫酸沙丁胺醇实验研究
Preparation of Particles of Ultra-fine Salbutamol Sulfate by Anti-Solvent Re-crystallization in a Rotating Packed Bed
【摘要】 本文在旋转填充床中用反溶剂重结晶方法对硫酸沙丁胺醇原料药品进行了细化。研究了结晶温度、反溶剂与硫酸沙丁胺醇水溶液流量比、旋转填充床转速等操作参数对硫酸沙丁胺醇颗粒大小及收率的影响。实验结果表明 ,采用较低的结晶温度、较大流量比和较大旋转填充床转速可以得到粒度小于 5 0 0nm的硫酸沙丁胺醇颗粒。
【Abstract】 Particles of ultra-fine salbutamol sulfate were produced by anti-solvent re-crystallization in a rotating packed bed(RPB). The effects of operating factors such as the crystallization temperature, the ratio of flow rate of anti-solvent to salbutamol sulfate solution, and the rotating speed of RPB on the yield and particle size of products were investigated experimentally. The results show that particles of ultra-fine salbutamol sulfate can be produced in low crystallization temperature, high ratio of flow rate of anti-solvent to salbutamol sulfate solution and high rotating speed of RPB.
