【摘要】 采用化学镀法首次在碳纳米管表面包覆了贵金属Au ,研究了工艺过程对包覆层质量的影响 ,并利用高分辨透射电镜 (HRTEM)及纳米束EDS能谱对包覆的碳纳米管进行了表征。所得包覆层完整、均匀、金属颗粒密度高 ,可望作为高性能准一维纳米导线得到应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gold-decorated carbon nanotubes were obtatined for the first time via electroless plating.The effects of the experimental parameters on the quality of the metal decorated carbon nanotubes were studied in details.Moreover,the nature of the decorated carbon nanotubes was investigated by both HRTEM and nano-EDS.The carbon nanotubes coated with gold both densely and uniformly are expected to be used as high powered one-dimentional nanoscale leads.更多还原
