磷酸盐对钛合金微等离子体氧化陶瓷膜结构和耐蚀性的影响

【摘要】 研究了3种磷酸盐分别作为电解质交流微等离子体氧化TC4钛合金所制得的陶瓷膜的耐蚀性,其中3号磷酸盐的效果最好.并在铝酸钠体系和硅酸钠体系下,进一步研究了3号磷酸盐对微等离子体氧化陶瓷膜的结构、形貌、成分和耐蚀性能的影响:磷在陶瓷膜中不形成晶相,而是以非晶相物质沉积在膜层中;铝酸钠体系,磷元素由膜内层向外层逐渐减少;硅酸钠体系,磷元素在膜内、外两层含量高,中间处含量低;两体系下,3号磷酸盐的用量适当增加,陶瓷膜耐点蚀性提高.

【Abstract】 Through the comporation of anticorrosive properties of ceramic film grown on TC4 alloy by AC micro-plasma oxidation in 3 kinds of phosphates electrolyte respectively, the effect of No. 3 phosphate is best. Further studies of effect of No. 3 phosphate were made on structure, morphology and anticorrosive properties of ceramic film grown on TC4 alloy by AC micro-plasma oxidation in the system of NaAlO2and Na2SiO3. Phosphorus doesn’t exist in the form of crystal, but of amorphous state in the film; the content of phosphorus in the film gradually decrease from inner to outside in the system of NaAlO2; whereas in the system of Na2SiO3 the content of phosphorus are higher on both sides and lower in the middle of the film; the anti-point corrosive property of ceramic film is improved with the proper increase of the content of No. 3 phosphate in both systems.
