γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基倍半硅氧烷膜性能研究

【摘要】 为了研究γ (甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基倍半硅氧烷膜(m M S)的性能,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TEOS改性的倍半硅氧烷膜材料(m MST),利用扫描探针电镜、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热法、热重分析等技术对m MST成膜材料的性能进行了表征.研究结果表明,此膜为有机-无机杂化纳米结构薄膜材料,波长345~2500nm范围内膜层的透光率为98%~99%;TEOS含量在20%时,薄膜体系的机械性能和耐腐蚀性性能最佳.

【Abstract】 Silsesquioxanes derived from (γ-Methacryloxypropyl)trimethoxysilanes (M-S) and their blends modified with tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) (MST)were prepared by sol-gel process. In order to understand the silsesquioxanes film properties, coating films based on M-S and MST (m-M-S and m-MST) as ormosils was prepared. The film properties were characterized and studied with a scanning probe microscope (SPM) device, scanning electron microscope (SEM) device, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), UV-VIS-NIR scanning spectrophotometer (SSP), nano-indenter (NI) device. The result showed that the film is a kind of organic-inorganic hybrid nanocomposites coating, the transmittance is 98%~99% in 345~2 500 nm wave band, the film with 20% TEOS fraction has the optimum mechanic and corrosion resistance properties.
