SiCsf/SiC-BN复合陶瓷的制备及抗氧化性能
Preparation and Oxidation Resistance of SiCsf/SiC-BN Composites
【摘要】 制备了 Si C短纤维增强原位合成的 Si C- BN复合陶瓷 (Si Csf/ Si C- BN) ,对其氧化动力学进行了分析计算 ,并对不同成分的 Si Csf/ Si C- BN复合陶瓷在 80 0~ 12 0 0℃的氧化过程进行了研究。研究表明 ,Si3N4 ,B4 C和 C可以原位合成复合陶瓷的基体。复合陶瓷在高温发生氧化时 ,Si C和 BN氧化产物主要为 Si O2 和 B2 O3,这两者互融形成的薄膜可以有效减缓复合陶瓷的氧化
【Abstract】 SiC-BN composites, reinforced by SiC short fibers, were fabricated via in-situ synthetic reaction (SiC sf /SiC-BN). These oxidation kinetics were analyzed and calculated from 800℃ to 1200℃. Oxidation resistance of SiC sf /SiC-BN composites had been analyzed from 800℃ to 1200℃. The results show that the in situ synthesis, which used Si3N4, B4C and carbon as reactants, could take place to form the matrix of composites. SiC and BN are oxidized to form SiO2 and B2O3 at high temperature. The SiO2 and B2O3 react to form stable borosilicates glass which can decrease rate of oxidation.
