微波介质陶瓷制备技术研究进展

【摘要】总结了近年来有关微波介质陶瓷制备新技术的研究成果。主要介绍了粉末制备技术、烧结技术、后处理技术等方面的研究进展。最后指出在微波介质陶瓷领域,应在不断探索新成分体系的同时,重视对化学制粉法和新型烧结技术的研究和开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the manufacturing technology of microwave dielectric ceramics, focusing on techniques of powder preparation, sintering and post-treatment. In addition, it points that it is necessary for us to lay a strong emphasis on the study of chemical preparation methods and advanced sintering technology, while searching after new composition systems.更多还原
