【摘要】 药物在药学研究中占有重要地位。从纳米技术对现有药物的改造、纳米材料的药用研究和纳米诊断及分析试剂等药物研究领域出发,综述了纳米技术在药学研究中的若干应用。指出纳米技术正从2个方面介入药物研究:一方面,利用纳米技术对已有的药物进行二次开发,提高疗效;另一方面,将现有的纳米材料推向药物研究,发掘其药用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medicines occupy an important berth in the pharmic research. According to some research on medicines, such as innovations of medicines with nano-technology, medical applications of nano-materials and developments of nano-scale diagnostical and analytical agents, several applications of nanotechnology in pharmic research are reviewed. Finally it is concluded that nano-technology is implanted to medicines as below:on the one hand, nanotechnology is used to secondly develop medicines to further improve the curative effects; and on the other hand, nanomaterials are pushed into medical areas to find out their medical values.更多还原
