新型的固态加工技术——机械合金化(MA)
New Solid Machining Technology——Mechanical Alloying
【摘要】 简述了机械合金化技术的工艺特点、发展历史,着重介绍了机械合金化过程中弥散强化合金、过饱和固溶体、非晶、金属间化合物、纳米晶等非平衡相的形成特点和机制;探讨了粉体污染问题及避免和降低最小影响的办法,最后提出开发该技术亟待解决的关键问题,对其应用和发展趋势作了展望。
【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the history of mechanical alloying and its technique characteristics,placing stress on the formation mechanism of oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)alloys,supersaturated solid solution, amorphous phase,intermetallic compound and nano-crystalline in the process of mechanical alloying. Powder contamination and the way of avoiding and minimizing it are discussed. Finally,it presents the key problems and predicts the developing trends in the mechanical alloying field.
