氧化物热电材料研究进展
Advances in Oxide Thermoelectric Materials
【摘要】 介绍了氧化物热电材料的应用前景,重点讨论了以NaCo2O4为代表的氧化物热电材料的基本结构、性能特征与研究进展;评述了NaCo2O4材料Na位、Co位掺杂研究和NaCo2O4材料研究中存在的问题;并介绍了几种其它氧化物热电材料的研究情况。
【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the thermoelctric application of oxide materials, and mainly discusses the basic structure, properties and progress of NaCo2O4 -based oxide thermoelectric materials. In addition, research works on the substitution of Na- and Co-sites and the problems existed in the NaCo2O4 are also reviewed. The author further recommends the recent works on other oxide thermoelectric materials.
