退火温度对Al6MgSc合金和2101合金剥落腐蚀性能的影响
Effects of Annealing Temperature on Exfoliation Properties of A16MgSc and 2101 alloys
【摘要】 为获得高强度和良好抗剥落腐蚀性能的铝合金,制备了含钪Al-Mg合金。采用目视剥落腐蚀试验、极化曲线和交流阻抗测试试验方法,研究了Al6MgSc合金和2101合金在不同稳定化退火后的剥落腐蚀性能。结果表明,Al6MgSc合金的抗剥落腐蚀性能优于2101合金,Al6MgSc在250℃稳定化退火时的抗剥落腐蚀能力最好,极化曲线和交流阻抗的测试结果与目视剥落腐蚀的测试结果一致。
【Abstract】 In order to get A1 alloy with high strength and excellent exfoliation resistance, A16MgSc alloy was prepared. The exfoliation corrosion behaviors of A16MgSc and 2101 alloys were studied by means of exfoliation corrosion, electrochemical polarization curves and impedance methods. The results show that A16MgSc has higher anti-exfoliation ability than 2101 alloy. A16MgSc stabilizing annealed at 250℃ has satisfied anti-exfoliation property. Electrochemistry and impedance tests are accordance with exfoliation corrosion result.
