低温熔盐电镀铝锰合金的研究
Al-Mn Alloys Electroplating Technology in Low Temperature Molten Salts
【摘要】 铝对于钢具有阴极保护作用,且能抗高温腐蚀,但由于其在水溶液中的还原电位低于氢,因而铝镀层不能从水溶液中制备,其应用受到了限制。采用熔盐电镀法,对低碳钢在AlCl3-NaCl熔盐中电镀铝锰合金的工艺及镀层组织结构、性能进行了研究。结果表明:本工艺可获得平滑、光亮、致密,与碳钢基体附着良好的合金镀层;镀层的锰含量随熔盐中锰含量的增加而增加,当锰含量在10%~30%时,镀层为铝固溶体与非晶态的混合相,大于31%时,为非晶态相,混合相到非晶态相的转换点在30%~31%;镀层由微米级的球状物堆砌而成,在3%NaCl溶液中具有优良的耐蚀性,其平均腐蚀率仅是热镀锌层的1/10。
【Abstract】 A1 has cathodic protection effect for steel, and has good high temperature oxidation resistance. Al coating cannot be acquired in aqueous environment by electrodepositing method for its reducing potential is lower than hydrogen.The A1-Mn alloy electroplating technology in A1C13~NaC1 molten salt was studied using molten-salt electroplating method, also the structure and properties of plating on the low carbon steel Were investigated.The results show that a smooth, bright, compact coating can be formed on the carbon steel surface with good adhesion.The Mn content in the coating increases urith the increasing of the Mn content in molten salt.Xray analysis results indicate that the coating is mixed phrase composed of AI solid solution and amorphous when the Mn content is between 10% and 30%.As the Mn content is more than 31%,the coating is composed of amorphous phrase.So the transition point is about 30%~31%.The SEM results show that the coating is made of micro-spheroid.The coating has better corrosion resistance in 3 % NaC1 solution, and its average corrosion rate is one-tenth of hot galvanizing coating.
