钕铁硼烧结永磁体复合化学镀工艺的研究
Composite Electroless Plating Technology on NdFeB Permanent Magnet
【摘要】 为提高NdFeB烧结永磁体防腐蚀性 ,研究了NdFeB烧结永磁体采取适当的前处理工艺 ,经超声波预镀铜打底层 ,然后在pH =7的中性镀液中先施镀 4 0min ,再在pH =4 .8~ 5 .1的酸性镀液中施镀 2h获得低磷 +高磷不同磷含量的复合镀层工艺 ,通过对镀层表面形貌及结构、含磷量、孔隙率及盐雾试验等性能测试 ,结果表明 ,镀层光亮平整 ,结合力强 ,结构致密 ,耐盐雾试验达到 16 8h以上 ,具有优良的耐腐蚀性
【Abstract】 For improving the corrosion resistance of NdFeB permanent magnet,composite electroless Ni-P technology was investigated.Taking adequate pretreatment process,copper layer was applied on the sintering NdFeB permanent by ultrasonic pre-plating,and then the sample was plated in neutral bath(pH=7)for 40 minutes and in acidic bath (pH=4.8~5.1) for 2 hours.A composite electroless plating with different phosphor content was obtained.Coating properties were tested including surface morphology and structure,phosphor content,porosity and salt spraying.The sesults show that the composite plating is bright,smooth and has a strong adhesion and impact structure.Salt spraying test above 168 hours exhibits the composite plating has excellent corrosion resistance.
