火焰喷涂尼龙1010涂层自拉伸强度测量模具
Measurement Mould for Self Tensile Strength of Flame Spraying Polymer Coatings
【摘要】 目前 ,国内尚无适合于聚合物涂层的统一测试方法和标准 ,因而设计了一套测量火焰喷涂聚合物涂层自拉伸强度的专用模具夹具 ,并对一系列不同厚度的火焰喷涂尼龙 10 10涂层的自拉伸强度进行测量。结果表明 ,在所测量涂层厚度范围内 (涂层厚度 0 .2~ 0 .5mm) ,涂层厚度对涂层自拉伸强度影响不大 ,且试验数据重复性好。扫描电镜观察表明 ,涂层表面形貌好、致密。这套模具在测量火焰喷涂聚合物涂层自拉伸强度方面实用、快速、简单。
【Abstract】 Special mould was designed to measure the self- tensile strength of flame spraying polymer coatings. A series of flame spraying Nylon- 1010 coatings with different thickness were measured. The results show that in the range of thickness 0. 2 - 0. 5 mm, the thickness of coating had little effect on the self tensile strength, and the testing data have better repetitiveness. SEM photographsshow that the coatings surfaces are fine and compact. The mould is useful, rapid and simple in measuring the self tensile strength of flame spraying polymer coatings.
