塑料膜专用气相防锈液的研究与应用
Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor Special for Plastic Film
【摘要】 为了制作可回收再生的气相防锈塑料膜,减少环境污染,通过对羧酸盐型气相缓蚀剂和成膜剂等组成的各种防锈液配方之涂布性、成膜性和抗湿性的研究,并按QB1319—91标准对防锈液的气相甄别和动态接触湿热防锈性等进行了试验。结果表明,由肉桂酸盐和改性高分子成膜剂组成的防锈液,可涂布于表面经特殊处理的PE膜上制作成气相防锈膜,其对黑色金属有优良的防锈性,此外,膜抗湿性好,有利于回收再生。最佳气相防锈液配方:10%肉桂酸醇胺、10%烯基丁二酸、8%改性高分子成膜剂、30%乙醇、42%水。
【Abstract】 Performances of antirust containing carboxylate inhibitor and film former, such as coating, rust-prevent, and film formation, were studied to fabricate regenerable plastic film with volatile corrosion inhibition. Experiments show that VCI plastic film made from polyethylene coated with antirust composed of cinnamate and modified polymer film former is effective on rust preventing of ferrous metals. The film has better wetting resistance and can be recovered.
