白蓝无性繁殖试验初探

【摘要】 以白蓝带腋芽茎段为外植体,在MS+KT2mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1的培养基上试管培养,结果显示,茎段可形成愈伤组织,愈伤组织诱导率最高可达80.95%,KT诱导的效果优于6-BA。MS+KT0.1mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1培养基上芽分化培养,培养14天,平均增殖倍数为4.66。1/2MS+IBA0.1mg·L-1培养基上生根,18天后可获得完整植株。

【Abstract】 The Stem-segment with axillary buds of Brassica pekinenis×B.olercea as the explants were cultured in tubes containing MS medium supplemented with KT 2 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.2 mg·L-1. The results indicated that the stem-segment could induce callus. The percentage of callus formation was up to 80.95%. KT had stronger effect than 6-BA in inducing adventitious bud formation. On MS medium containing KT 0.1 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.1 mg·L-1, shoot multiplication occurred at a 4.66-fold after 14 days. Shoots were rooted on the 1/2stength MS medium supplemented with IBA 0.1mg·L-1. Plantlets were regenerated in 18 days.
