【Abstract】 The root of the“peasant worker rush" lies in the interests comparison between rural and urban differences and the worker and peasant differences. The emergence and development of the rush has positive effects on rural areas and agricultural economy. In addition, it also has positive effects on the urban economy and even the national economy. It is a long historical process to transfer the surplus labor in rural areas to urban areas.
