【Abstract】 The ability of experimenting and testing in the lab will have influence on realizing social and economic results in the lab, especially it has direct influence on ensuring the quality of civil engineering, and so it is of vital importance to strengthen the evaluation the ability of lab experimenting and testing. At present, there are two ways to evaluate lab testing abilities: the first is onsite ability evaluation in which examiners conduct according to the standard requirements, the second is ability verification to evaluate the ability of the lab.
