【摘要】 简述了戊二醛生理性质。主要介绍了戊二醛消毒剂的使用特点和常用剂型使用方法。戊二醛消毒剂是一种灭菌谱广、杀菌力强、杀菌迅速、毒性低、使用安全方便的优良杀菌剂,可配制成酸性水溶液、碱性水溶液、含醇溶液、双组分型、复配增效型和粉状等不同剂型,且说明了这些不同剂型的特点。并提出戊二醛与表面活性剂、无机阳离子、抗菌剂和氧化剂复配是一个值得注意的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Physiological property of glutaraldehyde was briefed.The features in application of glutaraldehyde and the way for utilizing the common dosage form of glutaraldehyde as a sterilizing agent were presented in details. Glutaraldehyde is a broad spectrum,highly efficient and quick action sterilizing agent with low toxicity and safe to human body.It can be formulated to various dosage form such as acidic aqueous solution,basic aqueous solution,alcoholic solution,binary component,synergistic blend and powder etc.The different features of the various dosage forms were described.The development of blend form with surfactants,inorganic cations,other antimicrobials and oxidants will be the future trend.更多还原
