臭氧—紫外组合法净化贝类研究
Shellfish Depuration by Integrated O3-UV Method
【摘要】 UV、O3 、O3 UV 3种净化法中 ,O3 UV组合法 (AOPs)灭菌效力最高 ,其灭菌效率分别是UV法及O3 法的 4倍。O3 UV的臭氧组合法净化毛蚶 8h后使粪大肠杆菌数由 4× 10 5降低至 7× 10 3个 10 0 g贝肉 ,30h后则降低至 2 5× 10 2 个 10 0 g贝肉 ,杀菌率达到 99 93%。
【Abstract】 Shellfish depuration by integrated O 3-UV method (AOPs) has an advantage over UV depuration, or O 3 depuration. The depurative efficiency of integrated O 3-UV method is characterized by 4 times higher than that of UV, or O 3, respectively. With O 3- UV method,the number of Bacillus coli dropped from 4×105 to 7×103 FC (100 g shellfish)-1 after 8 hours of sterilization to 2.5×1023FC (100 g shellfish)-1 after 30 hours of sterilization,sterilizing rate attaining 99.93%.
