【Abstract】 A network system with the technology of automatic fingerprint recognition and B/S structure to replace traditional debit card in financial network system is introduced in this paper. The constructor 、operation process、key technology of every part、the structure of system、the design methods of software(hardware) system and the realization are all explained.
