高浓度粘稠物料压力传感装置的研制与标定
Research, Fabrication And Calibration Of Pressure-Measuring Device For Viscous And Dense Materials With High Concentration
【摘要】 对于测量煤泥、纸浆、污泥等高浓度粘稠物料在输送管道中的压力,普通的压力传感器不能适用。为此我们研制出了一种新型的专用于测量此类物料管道压力的传感装置,实验表明该传感装置完全适用于测量高浓度粘稠物料的管道压力。本文给出该传感装置的静态标定和动态标定过程及其结果,并进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The pressure of viscous materials with high concentration such as coal slurry, paper pulp, waste mud in the transportation pipeline can’t be measured by common pressure sensors. To solve this problem, a new pressure-measuring device has been manufactured to measure the pressure of viscous materials with high concentration. The process and the outcome of static and dynamic calibration are given in this paper and it is shown that this device is well fit for measuring the pipeline pressure of viscous materials with high concentration.
