尖晶石型复合氧化物纳米气敏材料研究进展
Progress In Nano Gas Sensing Material Of Spinel-Type Composite Oxides
【摘要】 本文结合尖晶石型复合氧化物气敏材料的研究概况,对其制备方法、气敏性质、气敏膜的制备方法进行了简单论述,并介绍了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the progress of research about the AB2O4 spinel-type composite oxides is described. The production process, gas-sensitive properties and the preparing method of gas-sensitive membrane are reviewed. Moreover, the future research direction is put forward.
