气调保鲜贮藏库实时测控系统

【摘要】 针对我国气调保鲜贮藏库电控系统的自动化程度低、保鲜贮藏质量不稳定的缺点,研制了一套以PC机和P80C51单片机为核心的气调库环境因子实时测控系统。该主从式系统以PC机为上位机,单片机系统为下位机,实现了对温度、湿度、氧气、二氧化碳多路模拟量信号的数据采集,以及压缩机、加湿机等执行机构的状态信号自动监测和控制。长期运行证明:该系统具有优良的实时控制性能和良好的工作稳定性。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the low automatic degree to the electronic controlling system,negative effect caused factitiously for farm products and the poor quality of fresh and storage of farm products in the controlled atmosphere cold storage,the fully automatic monitoring and controlling system based on the P-80C51 single chip processor and PC is designed.In the system,the personal computer is used as the supervisory computer,while the P-80C51 single chip processor is used as its system.It can realize to collect many kinds of analogue signals,such as temperature,the relative humidity,the oxygen,the carbon dioxide.And it also automatically monitors their state signal and controls their action for executive framework,such as compressor,humidifier.The run result proves this system can reach excellent real time control and well stabilization.
