一种压电式安全传感器的设计和开发
Design and development of kind of piezoelectric safety sensor
【摘要】 利用压电电缆机械强度大和灵敏度比较高的特点,再外加保护层和缓冲层,设计和开发出了一种新型的安全传感器,并在移动机器人上进行了现场的调试和实验,其典型响应时间为6ms,最小的敏感力值为1.5N,完全可以满足机器人的使用要求。
【Abstract】 A novel kind of safety sensor for mobile robot is developed,utilizing the high mechanical intensity,high anti-striking capacity and high sensitivity of piezoelectric cable,with protective rubber and sponge cushion in addition.The sensor system is tested in a mobile robot,its typical response time is 6 ms and sensing force is 1.5 N,so it can meet the practical industrial requirements totally.
