光纤真空压力传感器的实验研究
Experiment study on optical fiber vacuum pressure sensor
【摘要】 基于反射式光纤位移传感器原理,利用真空膜盒,设计了一种光纤真空压力传感系统,该系统具有体积小、结构简单、全光纤传输,易于实现远程测量及使用方便等特点。实验结果表明:在103~105Pa的压力测量范围内,实验测量系统的绝对误差为±0.6×103Pa。
【Abstract】 A optical fiber pressure sensing system based on the reflective optical fiber displacement sensor principle is developed with the vacuum bellows.The advantages of the system involve small cubage,simple structure,all light transmitted by fiber,easiness to realize long distance measurement and easiness to use .The preliminary experimental results indicated absolute error of the developed system is 0.6 ×10~3Pa in the measurement range of 10~3~10~5Pa.
