【Abstract】 The design method of a vibration measuring system using FBG modulated by blazed grating is shown and the theory of modulation is also given.The results of the experiment show that the vibration amplitude of the stator matches the detected signal under the fixed frequency.And the temperature signal and vibration signal is successfully separated.更多还原
