一种具有多功能前端测量电路的二线制变送器

【摘要】 为解决传统自动化测量产品接线端子偏多、测量前端与测控中心距离偏远且接线复杂的特点,设计了一种基于单片机电路的二线制变送器,该变送器能采用较少的接线端子实现多种工程量的测量,并将测量的数据调制到2根电源线上使电源线同时作为数据线,实现与远端上位机的单向通信。同模拟的二线制变送器相比,该变送器的抗干扰能力更强,有较好的实用价值,测量准确度可达0.2%。

【Abstract】 To resolve more connectors and far distance and complex connection between front measuring circuit and measuring center of traditional automatic measuring product, a two wire system transmitter based on single chip processor is designed. With fewer connectors, the transmitter can measure many kinds of signals and modulate the measured data onto the two power lines, which are also used as data lines, to communicate with remote computer unidirectionally. Compared with analogy one, the transmitter defends interference more powerfully and has higher practical values and high accuracy up to 0.2 %.
