万能试验机远程测控系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 针对传统万能试验机测试系统人为影响因素高、测试准确度低等弊端,采用虚拟仪器技术,在LabWindows/CVI平台上研制开发了一套基于PCI总线的WE300A型万能试验机微机测控系统。本系统可对试验机试验过程中的数据进行全面跟踪,将数据发送到网上,通过DataSocket服务器传输到需要这些数据的终端节点计算机。本系统可以在现场发出声光报警信号,并且通过E mail将数据发送到远端监测人员手中。

【Abstract】 In view of the high artificial influence factor and the low test accuracy of the traditional universal testing machine system,a WE300A universal testing machine system is deveolped by using virtual instrument .The software is based on PCI bus and runs on the LabWindows/ CVI platform.The software system can send data which are tested by the universal testing machine into the Internet or Intranet through the DataSocket server,the data from Internet/Intranet terminal node are acquired.The system can also send out the light and beep to alarm the operators on the spot and send the data into the remote monitor operators through E-mail.
