基于信息融合理论的双光路光纤位移传感器的研究
Research of Fiber-optic Displacement Sensor Using Double Optical Paths Based on the Theory of Information Fusion
【摘要】 提出了一种基于信息融合理论的双光路光纤位移传感器的测量结构 ,并进行了数学建模。利用曲线拟合方法得出了两光路输出的关系函数 ,以此对系统进行实时补偿。论述了该方法克服系统中存在的光路扰动问题、解决光纤位移传感器的不稳定问题和提高系统测量精度的原理。实验表明 ,经补偿处理后基本消除了温度对光纤位移传感器的影响 ,使测量准确度和系统稳定性得到提高。
【Abstract】 A newly measuring configuration of bi optic path displacement sensor based on the theory of information fusion is presented. Its mathematic modeling is founded. The system is compensated real timely using the relationship of the two paths’ output found out before by polynomial curve fitting. The reasons of causing disturbance effect in the optical path, reducing the instability of fiber optic displacement sensor and enhancing measurement precision are discussed. The experimental results have shown that the influence of temperature for optical fiber displacement sensor is eliminated fairly well and the measurement accuracy and system stability are both enhanced.
