基于光谱吸收式光纤乙炔气体监测系统的研究
Study of C2H2 Optic-Fiber Monitoring System Based on Spectrum Absorption
【摘要】 选用分布反馈式半导体激光器 (DFBLD)作为激发光源 ,带尾纤的气体吸收气室作为传感器的探测头 ,以及锁相放大器来提取信号 ,并通过谐波检测技术对所提取的微弱信号进行处理 ,设计了一套远距离在线测量乙炔气体的监测仪器。经过理论分析和系统实验 ,表明系统设计方案可行 ,具有较高的精度和一定的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A novel optical fiber sensor for monitoring acetylene (C 2H 2) gases is described. Selecting Distributed Feedback Laser Diode (DFB LD) as light resource and the gas absorbing cell with fiber pigtail as its sensor, and using lock in amplifier to distill signal and harmonic measure technology to process that distilled faint signals, we design an instrument of remote and on-line measuring acetylene. Through theory analysis and system experiment, the design of the system is practicable, better precise and prospective.
