温度继电器温度特性检测系统的研制
Develop for Measuring System of Measuring Temperature Characteristic of Temperature Relay
【摘要】 为了实现温度继电器温度特性的检测 ,本文从应用角度出发 ,论述了一种基于空气测定法的简单实用、高精度的自动检测系统。本系统设计了电阻加热炉来模拟实现检测温场 ,并通过较长时间的预热和在试验腔的检测段放置孔板显著提高了温度均匀性 ,采用模糊算法按照设定的控温曲线对温场温度进行控制。在该系统中 ,还提出了电阻加热炉炉丝按功率分组策略 ,大大改善了电炉性能 ;并采取整体最小二乘法误差校准 ,有效提高了系统检测精度。
【Abstract】 An automatic measuring system based on atmospherical measuration for measuring the temperature characteristic of temperature relay is discussed. We design a resistance stove for simulating temperature field. The even temperature is improved by long warming-up and placing orifice-board in testing room. According to the enactment curve, the fuzzy algorithm is used to control the temperature in temperature field.In the system, a method of dividing the resistance wires of resistance stove into groups from their power is put forward to perfect the performance of resistance stove. The measuring results show more precision by using the minimum two-multiplication to calibrate the error.
