改性介孔材料的酸强度测定
Determination of Acid strength in modified mesoporousma terials
【摘要】 本文用室温法合成出介孔ZrO2 和MCM - 41、水热法制备了MCM - 48,用浸渍法将活性组份SO4 2 - /ZrO2 引入到上述三种介孔材料中制得SO4 2 - /ZrO2 -HMS、SO4 2 - /ZrO2 -MCM - 41、SO4 2 - /ZrO2 -MCM - 48催化剂。采用XRD、IR等手段表征了其结构 ,并用指示剂法测定了上述三种催化剂的酸强度。考察了制备条件如SO4 2 - 含量、焙烧温度、SO4 2 - 浸渍时间、Zr含量等因素对酸强度的影响 ,结果表明 ,适宜的制备条件可制得超强酸。
【Abstract】 In this paper, mesoporous ZrO2、MCM-41、MCM-48 were s ynthesized. Super acidic catalyst SO4 2-/ZrO2 was introduced into the ma terials by macerating method and characterized by XRD, IR, Py-IR. Effect of the preparative condition-macerating time of SO4 2-,content of Zr and calci nations temperature on acid strength in the catalysts had been tested .The resul t showed that mesoporous super acid catalysts can be preparated in some conditio n.
