宽脉冲1.06μm激光高重频电光调Q研究
Studies on High Repetition Rate Electrooptical Q-S witching of Wide Pulse Nd: YAG Laser
【摘要】 本文对宽脉冲 1 0 6 μm激光调Q进行理论研究 ,应用电光效应对宽脉冲氙灯抽运的Nd :YAG激光高重复率电光调Q。并且在谐振腔内放置双λ/ 4波片 ,获得稳定的基模 ,实现了重复频率 1- 5KHz的窄脉冲串激光输出。
【Abstract】 Electrooptical Q switching technology is applied to th e Nd: YAG laser pumped by a wide-pulse Xe lamp. To generate stable and single-mode output, a pair of plates are arranged in the oscillator. Electrooptical Q-Swit ching at repetition rate of 1-5KHz and narrow-pulse-duration laser output is obt ained.
