【Abstract】 By applying the minimun-maximun criterion, we constructed the liner programming method to work out regression coefficient. In the paper, this method was used to decompose and compute the semi- change cost .We got better error precision through this method than through the common regression analysis.In this way, a better method was put out to decompose the semi- change cost.更多还原
