【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the present state of internal control of China’s commercial banks and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the internal control of China’s state-owned commercial banks. Taking the internal control organizational structure of the Bank of China as an example, this paper starts with the design of the internal control organizational system to set up internal control organizational structure for the Bank of China which is adapted to the development of state-owned commercial banks.更多还原
