【Abstract】 By analyzing the difficulties in getting financial support for rural economy, this paper puts forward some solutions: to encourage non-governmental capital and foreign funds to enter rural financial field; to establish local commercial bank; to reform postal and saving business; to limit "large output" of rural capital; to reform rural credit cooperative; to redirect rural development bank; to set up multi rural financial system; to innovate the products and services of financial institutions.更多还原
