【Abstract】 As the successful experience of market economy, CIS strategy has already brought the good economic benefits and social benefits. Some colleges and universities are introducing CIS strategy into the image shaping. However, there are some wrong ideas about the understanding and implementation of CIS, which results in the limited effects of CIS.
